例句一：
A: Do you know how old Jenna is?
你知道Jenna多大嗎？
B: Based on her personality, I'm gonna guess she's probably early 30's.

例句二：

誇別人身材好，可以說：

但每個人情況不一樣，也可以說：

-Toned 有明顯的肌肉
比如，女生一般就可以說：
I want to get toned.

-Cut 有很多肌肉
就像開頭故事裏一樣，外國友人對中國朋友說：
Dude, you're cut. How long have you been working out for?
你好多肌肉啊，你健身多久了啊？

-Buff 肌肉多，塊頭大
舉個栗子：
I want to be buff, but I can't put on any weight.
我想要變大塊頭，但是我增不了重了。

這兩個表達都是指可以去沙灘上曬的身材，比基尼身材。

比如，小意的心聲：
I really don't want to go swimming because I don't have a beach bod yet.
我真的不想去游泳，因爲我身材還沒有太好。
