More than 500 companies have joined an "Anti-loser Union", which tries to stop employees from over-indulging in online chatting and social networking.
文中的Anti-loser Union就是指"反廬舍聯盟"。"廬舍"是loser的諧音，是指每天在網上耗費2小時以上的工作時間，沉迷於virtual social networking site(虛擬社交網站)等與工作毫不相干的事情，無主動進取心態的工作白領一族。
爲了bypass the company's monitoring(逃避公司監督)，一些員工開始使用wireless Internet access繼續登陸SNS(social networking site)，上傳照片，修改personal profile(個人資料)，有些人還在網上玩online game(網絡遊戲)來kill time(消磨時間)。

The Chinese mainland reported 3,393 confirmed A/H1N1 flu cases in the 48 hours ending at 3 p.m. Wednesday, the ministry said.
So far, nearly 75 percent of the patients have recovered. Among the 285 cases of serious conditions, 54 have been cured, it said.
到目前爲止，近75%的甲流患者已治癒出院。285例重症病例中，已治癒54例。
文中的case of serous conditions就是指"重症病例"，這部分患者在confirmed cases(確診病例)中所佔比例相對較低。另外，已有近一千萬人接種A/H1N1 flu vaccine(甲流疫苗)，其中包括大批high risk groups(高危人羣)。
目前，甲流在中國已進入a period featured by high frequency and quick increase(高發期和持續快速上升期)。且隨着今後進入high-occurrence season，疫情可能還會持續一段時間。全球已有多國宣佈進入H1N1 emergency(甲型流感全國緊急狀態)。需要引起注意的是，所謂最新研製出的anti-A/H1N1 mask(防甲流口罩)已被證明並無實際功效。

More than 100 universities from about 20 countries are expected to send humanoid robots to compete in 16 events in five categories, including track and field, balls, combat, dancing as well as domestic service such as cleaning and medical care, said Hong Rongbing, a professor with Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and an official with the China National Conference of Artificial Intelligence.
哈爾濱工業大學教授、中國人工智能學會會員洪炳鎔說，來自近20個國家的100多所大學的機器人將參加5種類別包括田徑、球類、格鬥、舞蹈以及清潔和醫療護理之類的家政服務等16個項目的比賽。
在上面的報道中，humanoid robot就是"仿人機器人"，有時簡稱爲humanoid bot，指a robot with its overall appearance based on that of the human body, allowing interaction with made-for-human tools or environments。Humanoid一詞的意思是"具有人的形狀或特性的，類人的"，也可以指"類人動物"。
