一、英文提綱式作文寫作步驟和技巧：
1?寫好提綱式作文的關鍵是認真審題和分析所給的提綱，認清題目和提綱之間的關係，然後確定文章的主題、內容以及文體。
2?每一個提綱可以作爲文章的一個段落層次，段落的展開圍繞提綱的中心和內容，不能偏離，也不能任意增減。
3?提綱只是對文章的提示和概括，不是主題句。這需要根據提綱的性質，寫出完整的、體現提綱主旨的句子，使之成爲主題句。然後圍繞主題句進行擴展。
4?收集材料支持主題句。材料可以是事實、例證、親身經歷、名人名言、諺語警句等。應當注意的是，所選材料要與文章的主題相符，即要“扣題”。同時要具有典型性，能充分說明問題。在有多個例證的段落中，還要注意各個例證之間的連貫性。
二、英文提綱式作文的審題和構思：
根據下題寫一篇不少於100詞的作文：
My View on Job-hopping
1)有些人喜歡始終從事一種工作，因爲……
2)有些人喜歡經常換工作，因爲……
3)我的看法
顯而易見，這是一道提綱式的作文題。可以通過以下審題和構思過程完成這篇作文：?
1.分析題目和提綱可知，應該寫一篇說明文，當然其中可以夾有議論。要寫出“不換工作”和“換工作”的原因，然後給出自己的看法，重點是原因和看法。
2.根據提綱，文章可分3段，第1段是“喜歡從事一種工作”的原因;第2段寫出“喜歡經常換工作”的原因;第3段是“我的”看法。
3.根據以上分析，可以把提綱轉換爲主題句如下：
Some people tend to stick to their position all the time.
Some people are are in the habit of job-hopping.
I am not in favour of constant job-hopping.

Some people tend tostick to their positions all the time, as they think the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one willbe at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. (This essay is from ) Some devote all their energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own fields. They are usually high achievers.
Some are different. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always purpose what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situations. They like to meetmore people, make more money and new acquaintances, so they hop from job to job.
As far as I am concerned, I am not in favour of constant job-hopping. I believe in a famous proverb, "A rolling stone gather no moss." I want to be professionally strong. And I respect those who devote themselves to their affectionate jobs throughout their life.
