Such words may make many people feel uncomfortable, but the truth seems to be really the case.

這句話可能讓很多人不舒服,但事實好像真的就是這麼回事。

This is a constant paradox on the road to self-improvement.

Everyone wants to learn something new and grow stronger, but it costs too much for most people to be willing to admit that they are an idiot.

In fact, our instinct has always made us work hard to avoid being seen as idiots.
