我國的無產階級和廣大勞動人民在中國共產黨的領導下，經過艱苦卓絕的鬥爭，使當家作主的夢想變成了現實，人民成了國家和社會的主人，享有廣泛的民主權利，以主人翁的精神投入到建設社會主義的偉大事業中去。我們的社會主義祖國正呈現出蓬勃生機，煥發出旺盛活動力，以昂揚的姿態闊步邁向二十一世紀。
